Rapid Mixer Granulator

The basic working principle is mixing and granulation process performed in one sequence. The fast-moving mixer blades enforce the powder material in to spiral fluidization at the bowl base. The vortex effect in the material provides faster and uniform distribution of the ingredients. By adding binder through charging hole at the top cover, particles are uniformly moistened and aggregated to large granules. The vertically rotating, specially designed chopper blade shears the circulating powder and breaks down lumps and aggregates. Thus, granules attain higher density and uniformity in shape, thereby achieving a uniform particle size distribution. The product is discharged by gravity within a few seconds through discharge port operated by a pneumatic cylinder. Product discharge made quicker by rotating mixer blades at a slow speed. Mixing of substances uniformly and homogeneously with specially designed and angled choppers and mixer blades.
The container top lid is lifted through pneumatic device.
Positive Air is purged to avoid the entry of process material entry into the shaft seal assembly.
Extra bearing housing on the main gear box shaft to avoid the wear & tear of gear box.
